You have seen what this session is designed to explore.
This page explains how the session is conducted and what to expect when it begins.
What becomes accessible during the session is not arranged for you.
It does not follow a script, and it does not repeat itself.
What appears, where it begins, and how it unfolds are not determined in advance.
Your role is simple: close your eyes and observe what appears.
Nothing is required from you beyond that.
You remain in your own space throughout.
We do not guide you, suggest anything to you, or interpret what you see.
Once the exploration begins, we stay silent.
You remain fully aware throughout. The session can be paused or ended at any point.
If you want to pause or stop, you only need to say one word — STOP. The session ends immediately. No explanation is needed.
The core exploration lasts 30 minutes. The full session is 60 minutes, with time before and after to make sure everything is ready and unhurried.
No travel. No special equipment. No prior experience.
Dim the lights. Sit comfortably. Remove your glasses before the exploration begins. That is all.
This is a direct observation.
Nothing is shown to you in advance. Nothing is narrated while it happens.
Some people need time before they want to describe it. Others do not.
There is no correct reaction.
Each session is conducted individually.
No two sessions are identical.
What comes next is yours to decide.
